Safe separation of hazardous media.

The wet separator is a unit which separates dust from unfiltered gas waste.

The dust particles are separated from the gas and then fed into a fluid media to render them harmless.

Suitable for the treatment and handling of sticky dusts, potentially explosive dusts and dusts containing sparks. Also suitable for processes where rubber, ceramics, plastic or metals are machined. Available in versions with stainless steel or GRP bodies.

Any static is discharged by the fully conductive body and castors.

The particles are sedimented and collected as a sludge which is drained off using one of the methods available.
